Accept payments on your Wix online store, using Yoco Payments. Activate Yoco Payments on your Wix website by following a few simple steps and start accepting online payments within minutes. You can learn more about the Yoco Payment Gateway for your websites here.
Steps to activate your payment method:
- Login to your Wix dashboard
- Go to the Accept Payments tab in your site (Settings > Accept Payments)
- Click + Add Payment Methods.
- Select Yoco and click Add.
- Click Set Up to Account Activate next to Yoco.
If you are a Yoco merchant:
- Click Connect Existing Account.
- Find your API Keys in the Sell Online > Payment gateway section of your Yoco Business Portal.
- Copy and paste the Live Public key and Live Secret from your Yoco portal into the correct fields on Wix's Connect Existing Account screen.
- Click Connect My Account.
- You’re all set-up, head back to your website to carry out a test transaction!
If you are not a Yoco merchant:
- Click Create an Account.
- Complete the online sign-up process on the Yoco website.
- Once your account is approved, go back to the Accept Payments tab.
- Click Set Up to Activate next to Yoco.
- Click Connect Existing Account.
- Find your API Keys in the Sell Online > Payment gateway section of your Yoco Business Portal.
- Copy and paste the Live Public key and Live Secret from your Yoco portal into the correct fields on Wix's Connect Existing Account screen.
- Click Connect My Account.
- You’re all set-up, head back to your website to carry out a test transaction!
Where can I see my transactions?
Wix Dashboard
- Go to the Payments tab on your dashboard (Finances > Payments).
- A list of your payment history is displayed here.
- You can also view your orders in the Orders menu tab on your dashboard (Store Orders > Orders).
Yoco Business Portal
- Go to your Yoco Business Portal and click on your Sales History Report (Sales and Refunds > History).
How can I process a refund?
Wix Dashboard
- This functionality is not currently available in Wix. You will need to process a refund or cancellation via your Yoco Business Portal.
- Refunds will however be displayed correctly in the Payments tab on your dashboard (Finances > Payments).
Yoco Business Portal
- Go to your Yoco Business Portal and click on your Sales History Report (Sales and Refunds > History).
- Select the transaction you would like to refund, and the transaction details window will pop up over the sales history report screen.
- Click on the blue refund button and select from the list of Reasons for Refund. Re-enter your Business Portal password and tap Submit.
- Refresh your Sales History screen to view the refund transaction on the report.
