Learn how to test the Checkout API using test keys and test cards.
Test keys
If you want to test the API without signing up for keys of your own, you can use the following keys:
Test card
You can use any future expiry date (mm/yy) and 3-digit Card Verification Code (CVC) with the test card.
Important notes
- Test transactions don’t appear on your portal dashboard or sales report.
- Payments less than
R2.00, which is 200 cents, aren’t accepted.
